Ayayaye! Enchiladas con pollo and guacamole for Paulo

Enchiladas con Pollo

I often enchiladas with what I have on hand. You can easily substitute chicken for beef, pork, or giraffe - hey, it's who you eat! For a vegetarian version, omit the meat (that concept ..!) And add a box full of pinto beans or black. Also, vary the vegetables with what you have in the fridge! (Or on the counter, or between your teeth - menoum)

2 T cooked chicken, cubed / shredded

Often I make enchiladas With Whatever I Have on Hand. You Can Easily replace The Chicken With beef, pork or giraffe - hey, you're the one eating it! Heat the oil and saute garlic and onion salad greens. Add vegetables and sauté. Add the rice and beans, then salsa and all seasonings. Skip a few minutes. Saute your ingredients too. sing La Cucaracha.

Place on tortillas, roll and place in a greased baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350C. Spread salsa and sour cream on enchiladas. Make a grimace because it's not very nice.
