What Helps Dry Flaky Forehead

Cough Syrup - Homemade!

I do not like chemicals, and especially after the notice not to give cough syrup cons to less than 6 years, I decided to make my own syrup against cough. After some research, I created the recipe here is very simple. En passant, c'est très efficace et je suis convaincue que ce sirop a empêché la toux creuse à Cole de se transformer en bronchite. Et on dit que je ne suis pas croyante! ah!

I don't like chemical products very much and, especially after the warning to not give cough syrup to kids under 6, I decided to make my own cough syrup. After a bit of research, I created this very simple recipe. By the way, it is very efficient and I am convinced that this syrup prevented Cole's deep cough to transform into a bronchitis. And people say I am not a believer! ah!

Sirop contre la toux

jus de 1 morceau de gingembre (environ 1 pouce carré)
1 demi-citron 3 tablespoons honey

a good cough syrup Cough

juice of 1 knob of ginger (about 1 square inch)
1 half lemon

3 Tbsp honey

a good cough

Grate ginger. Then pass the grated ginger in a metal colander to checked out the juice. It will keep the pulp in the strainer.

The Ginger Grate. Then press The Ginger in a metal colander in order to extract the Juice. There Will Be The Only In The pulp left colander.

Add the juice of half a lemon. Add

The juice of half a lemon.

Add honey. Any mix until a uniform consistency.

Add The Honey. Mix it all Until You Achieve A Smooth Consistency.

Swallow thinking of me. If you do not, do not think about myself. Personally, I add a little more ginger, but it's a bit distasteful (Noxema style - menoum).

Swallow while thinking about me. If you do not like it, do not think about me. Personnaly, I add a bit more ginger, goal its not a very nice taste (like Noxema - yum).
